Well, I'm looking for a ranger PVE Build that has burning arrows in it.. I'm a R/Mesmer but I don't use any mesmer skills. I don't know how to post the pictures, so, right now...I have

1.Burning arrow ( My elite )
2. Distracting shot.
3.Screaming shot
4. Dual shot
5. Whirling Defence
6. Read the wind
7. Troll Unguent
8. Sunspear resurrection signet.

Use [epidemic] to spread out the burning. And add [savage shot] instead of screaming or dual shot, then youll have 2 strong spamable interupts and some nice condition spreading.

No real need to spec into Wilderness in your build. [Troll Unguent] is bad for general PvE use. I'd put Savage in like Smoking suggested in its place. I'd also probably find a way to fit [Lightning Reflexes] in there, probably in place of Whirling Defense. Epidemic is probably the best Mesmer skill for a ranger but it works much better with Broad Head than Burning.

BTW to post a skill icon simply type [ Burning Arrow ] without the spaces around the brackets and you get: [Burning Arrow]

EDIT 2 : Thanks for the advice guys. Burning arrow + Screaming shot + Epidemic = rape. Lighting Reflexes keeps me alive, read the wind for DPS, distracting shot + Savage shot = spell casters sitting there with their heads stuck up there asses. Thanks.

Consider [apply poison] instead of Read the Wind. Especially with an Epedemic build.

You really don't need Screaming Shot when you have AP and BA.

Also you'll want at least 14 in expertise.

I would switch out screaming shot and put in natural stride and what others said is good.

thread necromancy ftw....anyway I left the good skills from the bar IMO

consider maybe altering BA for BHA - daze is ftw for PvE ([broad head arrow])
also maybe if you have access to some PvE skills? [pain inverter] and ["I am unstoppable"!]

also for a good lol combined with epidemic - if you intend on tanking damage [throw dirt] I like it for a bit of fun and with epidemic it can spread around a nice amount of blindness ^^

make expertise 12+1 instead of just 12

You can kill two birds with one stone. If you get the chance, get [Incendiary Arrows], thus getting rid of the burning and dual shot. Heck, Kindle Arrows + Incendiary can do a hell of alot of dmg in a few shots. If you use epidemic only, then get Melandrus as an alternate build for when your playing somewhere where 95% of foes have flesh.

That's all you need to spread degen now, if that's what you're trying to do.

And since you don't need [epidemic] anymore, you can go R/Rt for [splinter weapon] instead.
Throw in some interrupts and utility with the remaining 5 slots and you're set to go.

Yeah thats the new typicall degen spread build and it's a very effective way to do it.

Considering though that you would want to stick with [burning arrow] go with the [burning arrow]+[epidemic] build.

also [screaming shot] would let you spread some more conditions but i would with [triple shot] instead just for some more single target damage.
